Brighter brights, blacker blacks, and a better looking picture. Moreover the new 27-inch beastie crams 60 more pixels than a 24-inch into it’s viewing area. With a movie-friendly aspect ration of 16:9 and a whopping 2560-by-1440 resolution, anything you throw up on that screen will look exceptional. Unless it’s a close up of, well, you know.
